   Equipment, Installation Of Sport Equipment, Sales Of Sport Training Kits, Wears, Etc, Sales And
   Purchase Of Gym Equipment And Installation Of Same; Organizing Training Programmes On The
   Body And Mental Fitness

4. To Carry On The Business Of Professional Sports Management And Allied Services, Arrange,
Organize, And Present Sporting Events, Whether Or Not Presented Live Or In Recorded Or
Transmitted Form And Including But Not Limited To Football Matches, Boxing And Wrestling
Tournaments, Athletics Meetings And Races, To Act As Agents For Sport Management Firms

5. To Build, Maintain And Operate Sports Area, Studio, Pitches, Or Venues Of Any Description
Whatsoever Whether In Door Or Outdoors And To Apply, Secure, Appropriate And Receive Rights,
Concessions, Or Permission To Stage, Sponsor Or Promote Any Sport League Federation Or Any
Body Whatsoever.

6. To Carry On As Managers Of Sportsmen And Sportswomen And To Assist Them In Training
Programmes, Sponsorship, Securing Of Contracts And To Assist Them Through Sponsoring Or
Other To Participate In Sporting Events, Both Within And Outside The Country

7. To Promote Social, Recreational And Sporting Activities And Disseminate Information On All
Matters Affecting Sports Promotion; To Engage In Sports Marketing And Print, Publish Issue Or
Circulate Such Papers, Periodicals, Books Or Other Publications As May Be Conducive Of The
Company

8. To Carry On Business As Managers And Organizers Of Sporting Events, Such As Athletics,
Football, Boxing And To Provide All Kinds Of Facilities Needed In Such Sporting Events And To
Engage In The Creation Of A Forum To Enable Youth Football Players Past And Present And
Football Lovers Co-operate And Interact By Becoming Members Of Associates Of The Company
